1. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE
This Agreement is executed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004,
which establishes common rules on compensation and assistance to air passengers in the event of denied boarding, cancellations, or long delays.
The purpose of this authorization is to empower FlyJustice OÜ to act on behalf of the passenger(s) for enforcing their rights under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 against the operating airline, including communication, negotiation, and receipt of compensation.

3. POWER OF ATTORNEY AND AUTHORIZATION
The passenger hereby authorizes FlyJustice OÜ, acting as a claims management service provider, to act on the passenger’s behalf in relation to the above flight for the purpose of enforcing passenger rights under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004, while accepting the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Service Fee.
This authorization includes the right to:
- Prepare, submit, and manage the compensation claim with the airline;
- Communicate and negotiate with the airline or its agents;

Receive any compensation payment on behalf of the passenger and remit the remaining amount to the passenger after deducting the agreed service fee.
This authorization does not constitute an assignment of the claim. Ownership of the claim remains with the passenger at all times.
4. AUTHORIZATION AND REPRESENTATION
- File, pursue, and manage the claim for compensation under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004;
- Request, receive, and submit documents or information from the airline or relevant authorities;

Represent the passenger(s) in all pre-litigation correspondence and settlement negotiations;

Accept and receive compensation payments directly from the airline and remit them to the passenger(s) after deducting the agreed service fee;

Grant a sub-power of attorney to independent, duly licensed EU legal partners or attorneys for the purpose of initiating, conducting, and managing court proceedings or other legal enforcement actions, where required, without the need for re-execution of this authorization.
5. ROLE LIMITATION AND LEGAL ESCALATION
FlyJustice OÜ is not a law firm and does not directly represent passengers in court proceedings. If legal action becomes necessary, FlyJustice OÜ may transfer the claim to an authorized
EU legal partner,
only after obtaining the passenger’s
explicit consent.
All actions comply with GDPR, EU consumer rights, and
data protection regulations.
6. DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR COMPLIANCE
FlyJustice OÜ processes all personal data in accordance with
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Passenger data is used solely for managing the compensation claim and is stored securely.
No data is shared with third parties without the passenger’s written consent.

7. WARRANTIES AND GOVERNING LAW
The passenger confirms that:
- the claim has not been previously assigned, settled, or withdrawn;

all provided details are true and accurate.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and any disputes arising between the passenger and FlyJustice OÜ shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.
This governing law and jurisdiction clause applies exclusively to the contractual relationship between the passenger and FlyJustice OÜ and does not affect legal proceedings against airlines, which shall be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable EU law.

REPRESENTATION OF MINOR PASSENGERS
Where a passenger is a minor (under 18 years of age), this Agreement is entered into by their parent or legal guardian, who hereby confirms and declares the following:

The undersigned Guardian is the lawful parent or legal guardian of the minor passenger and holds full authority to represent the minor in all legal and administrative matters related to this compensation claim.

The Guardian authorizes FlyJustice OÜ to manage the minor’s claim in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 , including the right to:

File and pursue the claim with the airline or competent bodies;
- Communicate and exchange data or documentation necessary for processing the claim;

Receive and handle compensation payments on behalf of the minor.

Any compensation amount received on behalf of the minor shall be remitted exclusively to the Guardian or to a bank account legally held in the Guardian’s name, unless otherwise authorized in writing.

FlyJustice OÜ shall process the minor’s personal data strictly in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and relevant national child data protection provisions.

The Guardian confirms that all representations made are truthful, and that this authorization remains valid until the claim is resolved or withdrawn in writing.
NOTE - This section applies only if one or more passengers covered by this Agreement are minors (i.e., under the legal age of majority in their place of residence). In such cases, a parent or legal guardian must sign this Agreement on the minor’s behalf, representing that they have full authority to act for the minor and that all information provided is accurate. The parent or guardian acknowledges that the minor’s rights are hereby authorised to be pursued by FlyJustice OÜ under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 and under the terms set out in this Agreement. If no minor passenger is involved, this clause shall have no force or effect.
